Surprisingly Insightful Ashton Kutcher

I’ve never given Ashton Kutcher much notice. Sure he’s good-looking and has done time on the covers of the tabloids, but he always came across as superficial to me. I freely admit that I figured Kutcher to be a shallow pretty-boy… probably a product of the characters he’s played in the past. But this video has given me a different view of Ashton… or should I start calling him Chris? His acceptance speech was surprisingly insightful and reminds me that you can’t just a book by its cover.

Ashton’s advice is wise and something every generation should listen to. (I’m simplifying here because it’s all in the video.)

  1. Opportunity looks a lot like hard work,
  2. The sexiest thing in the entire world is being really smart, thoughtful, and generous.
  3. Build a life — don’t live one, build one.

Nicely done, Christopher Ashton Kutcher.
